Happy Halloween!!

Late today. Almost time for the trick or treaters! This is the card Emily made for me. she used the laminated, glittery background that we did together.

These spooky  characters came from Ali Express. Love the oxide inks.
And this is an UN-used , but really old Inkadinkadoo set.

Halloween

It is ALMOST  halloween. Wanted to share a couple things I did this year. The first is the Loaded Envelope. I absolutely love doing these Check out my pinterest board for 'loaded envelope' ideas and instructions. https://www.pinterest.com/theartis/. What a great way to package those smaller gift items. This one is for my daughter. Yes, she is old. Yes, she would love that, but better yet, she loves halloween! There is two pockets on the front, which pulls up and
the back of that is flat, but the front is the one that shows the spider web and pocket inside.

I  Made the bigger bag from the instructions from Michelle Randolph at shabby chic chick...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RG56QpSIWFI&t=215s  This one is a bigger bag and holds alot more than making one out of a pre-made bag.

                                      Love this spider!
This might explain it better. This is the side view. Pockets on the outside, one pocket on the inside and the bag is actually the bigger pocket. I put a 'pumpkin light' , a small box of m'ms and a card in the 'bag' part. There is a 'spa' mask & bracelet in one of the pockets. A couple tags and halloweeney stuff fills it up.

Thursday October 24th

More lighthouse cards! So I will just show them.
Easy background from the paper pack, then I used the rope frame stamp and die. Perfectly sized

                                                                 Close up!

What a nice change! Used the Splendid die from Spellbinders for the circle.

Had so much fun with these!

Wednesday Oct 23rd

Its 6:30am here. Now we are waiting until the weather warms up to walk. Usually we would be dressed and out the door. So now it is hard to drop whatever project we are doing and go for that walk. We've missed 3 days. Not good. Lucy likes to go, she sniffs her tote (or jewelry bag is what we call it), where her harness and leash are kept. It is her way of reminding us that she is ready!!
With that is mind, I will share the 'big project' that I have been doing. I finished 16 cards from Heartfelt Creations Sea breeze collection.

All the dies and stamps and dies are included in the 3 sets and stamps and 3 sets of dies. The only thing added are the verses on the inside. They are Our daily Bread scripture and I see the' Every good and perfect gift ' is Stamplorations. The only other thing I used was the square frame dies from Elizabeth Crafts. The largest square is 5". Nice. Stitched on the outside edges.
Have more to show you maybe later today.

                         Thanks for looking!

Sunday morning!

This will be a quick post today. Just wanted to feature the Tonic Linking Rings stencil. Love this stencil. It has 4 little mounts (like foam) on the sides, top and bottom. I put it on my media mat and it stays in place beautifully. The other features are the words made and offered by Desert Diva.
https://desertdiva-hannelie.blogspot.com/  She has some great cards and ideas. Be sure and check it out!

She loves walking around the back/top of the couch and 'perching' so she can see out the window. Squirrel dog.
                                           Happy dog.
                                     Love the paws stretched out.
Happy birthday Lucy Lou!!

Happy Saturday Oct. 12th!

Pretty morning! Burrr... Yes, we are in 'burr' mode for us. Its 71 in the house. This morning I will just stay wrapped up and share some the Christmas cards that I did this summer. Below is a die from Lawn Fawn called 'string of lights'. I did show this last year. The first three are copic colored and finished with glossy accents.

The next ones are with glitter card stock. Like that best.

Next are my 'go to ' scrap cards. Then collage cards

Next is a Spellbinders 'wreath 'die that I almost gave away. Turns out it is really nice, prettier in person than in the photo!

Paper from older Couture Creations package. Enjoyed the different color combinations.

This one is from Ali, thus that explains why I actually did the card upside down! I didn't have a reference to what it was supposed to look like. I found it, and the stars were on the bottom and someone made a baby card. Pretty cute that way!

Stamperia paper  pack. Love these images.

Have a great Saturday,
