 Almost Halloween!! Well, we are NOT really celebrating.... going to eat candy maybe, but that is about it! So lets just show some cute cards. Yes, these were started YEARS ago, (the little pieces were all stamped and cut out). I was just lucky enough to send them to Small Acts, Big Changes for them to hand out. The stamp is one big background collage stamp from Outlines rubber stamps. Unfortunately, they are out of business.

October 26th!

 It is almost 'fall' here. Was 'almost' cold enough to put on socks this morning. Won't be long!! Maybe the thought of a nice hot coffee will warm you up!

          Yes, there are only two designs. Easy, easy I must say. Scraps or co-ordinated 'scraps' from a paper pack. I happen to have one that had the cups as one of the design pages. I just cut them out. Each 1/2' scrap was 4.5" wide and backed with the 1/4" mounting tape. Then trimmed to fit a white 4x6" card base. I added a few tiny flowers and vellum foliage. These are addicting!

Another election year! Hope everyone votes. I rather think this country is pretty important, so with that said, we did vote yesterday. . Read up on the issues and don't depend on any one source. Do your own researching. ......I do have a couple cards to show to you today. I copied (sort of ) from Funkie Junkie blog. Even loved her color combinations! They are rectangle in shape with layers of acrylic paint and stenciling on them. I used a thin thin frame die that I got from Ali express. I added misc. flowers around the frame.

Thursday October 15th

October 15th already! We are moving into the fall season, and although we don't have the blast of beautiful colors we have absolutely lovely weather! I am so ready to share some 'halloween' designs. But I do have a set of flowers to show today.  

        Featured the 'set' of dies as this time I have no idea who is the manufacturer. The leaves with the layered flower are really pretty & a perfect size. The oval die is a Marianne design. I did another layered flower die in September. I thought they were different, now I am not so sure!
 

                                              

                     This one is a different color.... well, sort of! And nothing is ever complete without at least one shaker card!

Thursday October 8th

 We are finally out of the 100 plus degree mark, and the last few days are absolutely beautiful! The flowers against the 'back wall' are lovely and fragrant. Lots of reds, yellows & lavender.  With that in mind I want to share a Pinkfresh die named floral squares. It is so easy to create with these dies. Use pretty papers, embossing folders, frames, watercolor, just about any background or technique for a quick card!

Friday Oct 2nd

 Really intended to finish the last entry with cards made from the 'truckin through the season' dies. But here we are in a new month! There are two sets from spellbinders, one is the 'truck' and the other are 'license' plates for the truck. 'Thank you, hooray, for you and of course I can't remember the 4th one do come with the 'truck' die. So lets get started! All of these are Christmas themed.
