Tuesday November 26th

Couple pretty cards to share. They feature Pinkfresh Studio 'No one compares to you' word stamps and the Lovely blossoms floral These are my colors, but the ideas are from https://channin.wordpress.com/page/4/  She uses the prettiest color combos, placement, and there is a video.

The alphabet used in the card LOVE is the Kelly Alpha by
Pinkfresh Studios too. You will see alot  of this in the future!

Thanks for looking today!

Wednesday Nov 20th

This morning I will share my 2nd little card stock book. The link to the instructions are on my last post. These are so easy to make. You could call it a junk journal if you decided to 'write' in it. I just like the 'themed' ideas and I usually take the lead from whatever paper I use. This one wasn't planned, who plans mustardy and aqua colors? Look how it turned out using the vintage birds!

Lots of room to 'journal' or for pictures.

Lots of pockets for ephemera or more pictures!

Love the vintage bird in vellum

Last two pages of the book. Sorry about the photo, but they got deleted and I quick photographed them right on my kitchen island. Shadows and all! Like the pockets in the page below. Three little horizontal pockets . I need to do something to the last page??

Thanks for looking!

Sunday Morning

Books, journals and mini-albums. That is what I have been doing until yesterday. I found two little tutorials, one for each book, and since they were easy, I made two each!  Linda, Emily & I went to Paper Bunny (the local scrapbook store) for their semi-annual garage sale. After lunch we came back and made one of the little Stacked card stock books.  Here is the link for the card stock book https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yc3t1q7Fn0I   Yes, I did copy & paste and it came up.

On this one I used Sunny Days paper by Maggie Holmes. I had chipboard & Market Fresh labels that matched the Summer feel of the book.

Oh oh, there is plenty of room for more embellishments and  pictures. See Lucy below.  Just an example!

Since this is a pretty long post, I will share the other     book tomorrow.
                              Thanks for Looking!

Love the Loaded Envelopes

Another loaded envelope! I really like doing these and filling them to the brim. This one is almost too full. First let me point out a couple tips for making books or envelopes. You know how we save that 'beautiful' paper. We just can't bear to use it, well, in this case please, use it before it becomes toooo vintage. Yes, I had to reinforce the tape with the red tape in several places. So that is the second tip... use good tape.

Tags, candy & bows in the front pocket

The image below is the inside & front of the bag         Extra pocket with stamps, stickers, and misc. here

Side view with pocket. Bag is heavy with dies, stamps, almonds & more! Yummy
This is the flap I had to repair with better tape. If you look at the halloween loaded envelope, you will see this flap was actually attached to the other side of the bag. This is alittle different. The goal is that the bag will stand on its own & it does.

                                       So thanks for looking today!

Wednesday Wednesday....

Another early morning and I have a couple cards to share. These were 'sort of' lost on my camera stick, and were made in the summer sometime.  The die is Spellbinders label #47. Looks very vintage. I think there are only two cards. One is white 'on' white and the other is white and gold mirror. Summertime....

                                                     Thanks for looking!
Have a great middle of the weekday.

Thursday in November

Wow! Where does all the time go? I have about a dozen things (cards, mostly) to share. Hard to decide where to start. I liked these 'Denim' cards. So I will start November with very little stamping, but some fun paper card ideas.
                               Some are for encouragement

                               Girls and guys too.

Oh look, here is Lucy Lou!!
Love that look (most of the time)

                                                Thanks for looking!
