Friday Sept. 20th

Another birthday! Al is catching up. Well not really, he will always be younger. Maybe we will have Panda for dinner. We've been here a year and a half and this is the first time. Still, indigestion time probably! That is our big birthday splurge. Ha.

So I do have some cards to share. This time I am going to share ones that I did last week. I usually wait so long to share, I forget what I did! Here we go....Waffle Flower stamps, dies, stencils and some extras!

Looks like the blue background. The ink is mostly oxides with a couple Pink Fresh dye inks added.
Starting with the blue, fuschia mushrooms. Oh, needs some more post.

I like these bright colors best.

And what would life be without some shaker cards!

This is a bunch of random stamps from more than one set, stamped in black on orange paper. The 'frame' in lime green is a separate outline die from Waffle flower.

I barely could stop, so I know there will be more!!

                                 Thanks for looking!

Monday

Still early!! One more card share today. These are Tim Holtz abstract flowers and I love playing with them. But when I saw this video from Nina Marie, I had to try it. Try this Ink-spiration! Nina-Marie Trapani Makes Rainbow Tags with HOT New Tim Holtz Products! (youtube.com)   love the bright colors too.

More grungy background paper. Did I ever say I love the Tim Holtz mica sprays. I need to never run out! The images for the photo strip came from Elizabeth Craft Designs. The photo strip is Memory box. It is an old die.

                                 Thanks for looking!

Monday September 16th

Good Morning! Really, it is 4:00 AM and so far, so good. Coffee is good! I found more cards to share with you. These are from Spellbinders. This is the 'Sprinkle and Grow' collection. Lets get started!

The watering can is absolute junk gilded paper that was embossed. I liked it for the 'can'.
Just vary the background texture, color or paper. The possibilities are great, and any sentiment is appropriate because 'who doesn't like flowers!'

You will probably see more of these, as they were easy and almost suprising when finished.

Thanks for looking!

One more 'share'! I know, but I found these cards with the Pink Fresh stencil, stamps, dies and washi tape butterflies. Lets get started! This was originally from Cards and Coffee Time

This is the basic idea from the Pink Fresh blog, using the 3 circle dies, washi tape butterflies and foliage to create a mini slimline.

There is a circle of acetate in-between the layers of the card. The butterflies are attached all around the circle. It moves on a brad. Easy. I just spent an hour trying to give credit to the person whom I 'copied'. I absolutely can't find it!

Both cards were stamped and stenciled.

 Thanks for looking AGAIN!!
Mary

I found a couple more. Thought I would share.

September 14th Saturday

Al is out for his walk, so I will try to do another card share. This is a quick and easy stencil set from Simon says stamp.

It is a big stencil, so you do it once and cut to the size you want.
Make a shaker!

Thanks f or looking!!

Saturday September 14th

Here we go again! Talk about OLD, I guess. Just went though this blog and saw where I repeated a couple of posts. Guess I really liked the Tim Holtz 'globe' as the pictures are up there two times! So, now my resolution is to try to stay on top of my blogging! Hope you stay awhile, as there is a lot of catch up to post. Spellbinders is first on the list, although released last summer.

These tunnel cards are so versatile. Of course, there are 'add ons' to the basic shapes.

Then, I had leftover paper from the tunnel cuts, so here are a couple abstract type cards that came from the extra!

                                 These were super fun!

                                        Thanks for looking!
