Monday
Almost the end of April already! I have been busy playing. I have been playing with Harrison the lion (colorize) dies from Tim Holtz. Lets get right 'to' it as there is a bunch of pictures! Love the colorize dies.
Meet Harrison!
Harrison and the 'tree' dies. I used them for rocks too.
A couple cards have the greetings, the other two are waiting to see who they go to!

Saturday Morning!!
Good morning! It is barely light outside. I do have a couple more cards using Tim Holtz Rose bloom and the Brushstroke flower dies.
Oops, yes this is how I started, a couple days of watercolor! Still a lot of work, but 'done' in advance is awesome!!
Easy card with the pretty WPlus 9 background frame.
These flowers were made from some pre-painted, I have no idea what 'ugly' paper scrap! See everything has its place eventually!
The flower was sprayed with oxides.
Thanks for looking today!

April 14th
Almost a week has passed since I promised the second part of my feature from Waffle Flower (tender blooms) stamp and die set. This is my favorite part!
This is how the bookmarks began. Stamp an image of the Waffle Flower tender blooms on cardstock. Used neenah 80# solar white as I planned to use my copics. Water color would be lovely too. I almost forgot to say that if you cut vertically down the middle of each image you get two bookmarks from one stamping !I did back each one with the bookmark die cut in a solid color to match the copic colors.
Had so much fun making these and the Tender Bloom stamp is perfect. The verse at the top is an old stamp from printworks.
Thanks for looking!

Thursday April 8th
Good morning! Have a few cards from Waffle flower stamps to share. I loved this set. It sat around for a couple weeks before I picked it up. It almost looked to simple! It is simple, but it can be elegant. The first one on blue cs is water colored with zigs.
These next ones are inspired by Elyse. I am including her site and a video of her easy process. https://elysehopedesigns.com/?p=944 The lighter colors are harder to photograph. Prettier in 'person' ?
Like the one on kraft paper with the color behind, as well as the one just embossed in white on blue paper and framed!
There is more.....Join me tomorrow....
Thanks for looking !

April 2021
April is movin' right on up to 90 degrees today! And the months are flying by. Lets see some cards. I actually need new inspiration. I have been busy & obsessed with Waffle Flower stamps Tender Blooms and Tim Holtz Colorize Rose and Brushstroke Blooms. For a couple weeks I alternated between the 2 or 3 stamp/die sets. When I say 'obsessed', I mean "I need to do just one more card!
Lets start with the Rose Bloom die (17) pieces, but don't worry they are pretty easy. I did miss a few of the tiny accent layers around the rose. I am pretty sure no one is counting!
Brush stroke flowers above & the Rose blooms below. I like mixing them!
LOVE the Alphanumeric alphabet dies!
Lots of pinks, blues, yellows & greens! Pretty 'springy' I think!
Hope you enjoy & thanks for looking!
