Saturday July 18th

Good morning! This is one of the styles of the Pinkfresh studio border dies. Think I only worked with three of the four styles. Makes lovely slimline cards.

This is an extra, love how the colors turned out. Both of these dies are 'like' pinkfresh studios, but came from Ali.   Sorry... but just realize when you order from Ali, they are not always the same size. Both the background stripes and the U shape tag are smaller.
One more with the diagonal stripe Facing the other way (?).
This is Heartfelt Creations new Decorative Cage die. You will see more cards with this one. It is stunning!

                                                            Thanks for looking

Sunday

Its Sunday AM. Staying home today, as it is going to be 109 or something like that. I would think this would kill all the bugs.... Going to continue to share some of the Slimline cards and ideas today. Lets get started! Oops, its 7:30 & 97 already. Supposed to be 114. Ugh. Crafting is not just for winter months.

I used the Pinkfresh Studio floral vase stamp & die. Next to the card is the Slim line basic with the crossstitch pattern. So pretty The verse is from a Penny Black stamp set.
Decided to show you what I did. This inverted scalloped circle has been one of my favorite dies (also, from Pinkfresh Studio), Notice the 3 cuts made to the 4 x 9 card. I works and looks just like the REAL slimline die. I just didn't want to wait for it so I used the little die & it worked just as well!
Used the layered blossoms blooms ....Need to make more..
                                        Thanks for looking!

July 7th

Tuesday, Still have some time this morning to add to my 'slimline' designs! This is the Memory box stamp & die set called Wild Rose.

Now to show you some of the Pink fresh dies. We had a slimline with just stitched border and I sent that one to Dawn after I used it! I had another identical that I got from Ali Express that was 1 1/2" shorter! I gave that to Dani. I used it too. It is fine, but the the two do not fit together to make additional layers. Next is the Pink fresh braided circle. It is definitely a favorite!!

The little characters are stamps & dies from Waffle Flower stamps. You will see a lot more of these. They are sooo cute!

Penguins are from Just Rite stamps and the Santa, mittens & snowman are digis.
Looks like I forgot to edit again!!
So that is all for today,
Thanks for looking,
Mary

oops one more!

Tuesday July 7th

Love the new 'Slimline' dies. I have a lot of information to share about sizes, shapes and 'openings'. I wold really like to share some of the 'slimline' from years ago. They were  pretty then, but they weren't 'framed with the lovely stitching. Lets get started!
First off, yes these were photoed in a hurry on my island.
The heart dies are Mariannes dies

Above is a beautiful die from Anna Griffith. The Birthday cupcake is a stamp from Outlines Rubber Stamps.

Next one is one you saw a couple weeks ago using  p13 paper.
I am ending this post and moving on to another with 'newer' dies and ideas!
                                 Thanks for looking!

Friday, July 3, 2020

This is our fourth of July. The one appointment that we had is celebrating the 4th Today,  so we were able to just lay around all morning. Having  our favorite rib eye and baked  potatoes in a few minutes
Cards for today feature 'Stripes' made with a Pinkfresh die and scrap paper! The possibilities are endless!
I used Sizzix dot frame die and a Pinkfresh essential  rectangle die. Layered each one 3 times. Easy, I have a Gemini!

The large 'hello' is from Concord & 9th. The 'Sending Big hugs' is from Taylored Expression.
Hope you enjoy & Thanks for looking!
