July 29th Monday Monday .... Hot Hot.

Let call this Christmas in July! Maybe thinking about Christmas will help the 112 degrees this afternoon!! Really hot.
This is the Deck the Palms stamp and dies from Pink & Main. I couldn't wait to share them with you! They really are appropriate for here, or even the tropics.
My work (media mat) just full of 'fun cut outs'.

The card above was a pretty easy layered on 'night sky' The green one features DP and a circle cut. The framed one is a shaker card.

This is Atlenew leafy frame. Has nothing to do with Chistmas, but I love it with this card & most any way you use it

Think there is one more if I can find it! Thanks for looking!

Tuesday Evening!

Here are two pretty cards that feature an older die called Beatrice. Saw this online and had to try to copy. Loved the brown and tan tones. Sorry if I insulted anyone, but rather I hope it is a compliment to say someone liked your work!

Just varied it by using white and designer paper in the center and behind. Softer look.

                                        Thanks for looking!

And if you are the one who made the card in 'brown tones', let me know and I will definitely give you credit!

Saturday

108 degrees!! Stay indoors and craft!! Just want to share a couple cards today. Nice and bright like the weather here. Ha.

These two top pictures are about the same,  okay, I don't see much difference either! The Shine, or Endless sun is from Paper trey ink. The background die is from Ali Express. Kind of looks like a Birch Press die. The rays (stencil) are Tim Holtz.

I layered three colors of paper on both card fronts. I like that the background die comes in three separate pieces.
This one needs 'something' on the front to jazz it up. Sometimes I wait to see who I am sending it to before I can finish.

                                    Thanks for looking,
                                      Stay cool!!

Wednesday July 17th

All about the owls today! It is 5:am, so not night owl, just owls! I will share some more "paper" collection cards this morning. The first is Snowy Owl paper from Heartfelt Creations. I love their paper pads. They are perfectly coordinated and include labels, tags, and snippets of  paper ephemera. Yes, I have had this paper for a long time. Not sure why I bought it, just cute!

This shows like a tunnel book. HC sells them as layered ovals & circles. There are 4 pages and the cover, so about 8 to decorate!

I wanted more embellishments, but they really need to be flat, not the big flowers, maybe more leaves?? I will add to it when I decide who gets it! Soooo the next images are cards made with the same Snowy Owl paper. The first is an easel card.

                                                      Easel card front below

Below is one of the insides of the cards
Hope you enjoyed looking as much as I did creating!

Thanks!

Thursday July 11th

Triple digits triple digits! Blah! I have nothing to complain about Al just went to the store and I got to stay home. Says the temp is 110 degrees now. Even crazy Lucy is resting.... So for today just a few cards to share. Tell me these aren't cute! This is a big stamp and die set from Honeybee stamps. I have had it a long time. So there is lots of words in this set too.  You can read some of them on the cards below.

The rays behind the bears are part of a paper Trey ink set called Endless sun.

Used copics for the coloring. Fun time!!

                                                         Thanks for looking today!
