May 31st

Last share for the month of May! I got these Tim Holtz dies 'from the vault'. I think it is the world traveler. Just had a chance to play with them.

This is only two different ones. Photoshop decided I can't delete or rotate again........who knows. It was working fine last night. Today it doesn't like me. That means I can't save an edit for now.

Hope you enjoy, I had fun playing!

                                       Thanks for looking!

May 30th

 Maybe just one more share!

Starting with just a couple extras... Not sure where I got this from. Maybe Brutus Monroe? Tried coloring in the background. I think it is just 'so so'. Maybe a second try would be good??

Hero arts, and yes, I got this idea from someone else. If I remember, I will add it to this post.

Pinkfresh studio frame, purchased flowers, and a stencil that was done with the 'blackout' technique.
The tiny cake 'ascessories' are from creative Expressions. I thought these turned out cute even though at first I really didn't like the set.

The last two cards feature a cover plate from Concord & 9th. Maybe a couple years old, but a pretty timeless greeting. I like using some of my old stamps & dies. Kind of justifies.............
The bold 'thinking of you' is included in the flowery frame.

Thanks for looking a second time today!

May 24th

Second share.... lets get going. I mentioned the Simon Says Big bold birthday set. L

Oh look, I guess I am featuring Spellbinders Dancin' Panda. Although I put him in his own hot air balloon party 'shaker' card. Yes, I used the favorite scalloped arch again!

This is the last one I did, and I look at the photos of them they look dis-jointed (is that a word?), but they really are cute.

                                         Thanks for looking!

Friday May 24th

Wow! where does the time go? It is nearly the end of the month already. And, I have new cards to share. Lets get going....Starting with Spellbinders little Birthday dinosaurs.

The balloons, candles and package is from a Simon Says bold happy birthday set.
Spellbinder has an alphabet balloon die, but the 'happy' is from an old set. And I love the 'scallop' edge on this arch die. Probably my favorite arch die!

Thats all for now. Not sure I have them all in for the party!!

Thanks for looking!

May 7th

Good afternoon! Yes, it has been awhile. I have had a new obsession lately. And I am probably not done with it yet!  You know I have the BetterPress from Spellbinders. I like it, but I really like it when I can use the plates for both the BetterPress, and my foil machine. The sentiments are stunning using the foil machine. That brings me to the new 'love', the copperplate sentiments Thinking of you, Miss you, Hello, Happy Birthday & Thanks by Paul Antonio. They are a beautiful focal point for any card.

The cards above were impressed with the BetterPress. Some were with the cotton paper that Spellbinder recommends, some with #110 Neenah. The next set of the Thinking of you were foiled.

The 'Thank you' is pressed with the BetterPress
Don't you love the feathers?

So, that is it for now as, the power went out and back on. Thankfully I didn't lose the whole page. I am anxious to get it published. The 'Happy Birthdays & Miss You are next!

                                     Thanks for looking!
