Sunday Afternoon

Beautiful Sunday .... Went to an Orchard today. Had some yummy doughnuts, pear cider, kettle corn & caramel apples with sprinkles!
We were there by 8:30am this morning and half of Las Vegas was already there! Very well organized with three lots to park in and clear directions to either picking or eating areas!

They provide the carts for (pumpkins, squash and more.

Almost forgot about the hayride! Bad pic, but
you get the idea! Nice family day.

Thanks to Gilcrease Orchards for a nice morning.

 Happy Sunday,
Mary

Friday

Early 4:45am. Yes, what do you do?? I was scrolling through my camera stick and guess what I found pictures of cards that I never posted! I thought they were so cute when I did them...two years ago! Yes, long time, but I still wanted to share.
The fairy is a Sylvia Zett design. I bought the stamp, but
          already had the digital image!

Thanks for looking!

Thursday Sept 26th

Just got back from our walk and thought I would share a few random cards. The first is the 'Cat' die from Tuesday morning.
                            Once again the digi mermaids.

Next is Lawn Fawn stamp 'On the beach'. This time I             actually made a retirement card.
The birds could be spellbinders. The label is a
stamp from a paper crafting magazine.

This was a b& w paper pack from Tuesday  morning.
I colored it in, scanned it & woo hoo an easy card! The
"You Got this" verse is a set from The Ton.

The flowers on these cards are Garden Treasures from
               Altnew stamps.
                                                                 That is it for today
                                           Thanks for Looking!

Saturday Sept 21st.

Dinner is about ready! Yes, and a whole day has gone by! It is Sunday evening and I wanted to share some cards yesterday... today? Okay here are my pink & aqua cards. I used an old K&Co paper pack for these. I really like how they turned out, although there is very little stamping!

                                                 Life is a beautiful ride!!
I do like the pocket and tags on the front of this one
                                    Thanks for looking!

Sunday Morning ....

It is early Sunday. The weather here is finally changing and it looks like a lovely morning. Today I have just a few cards to share. It almost looks like Pink Fresh stamps are my favorite. Pretty close!!
The name is 'Just lovely' stamp and die to match. It is lovely for this lovely morning. Okay enough! The first cards below are water colored. My cards are usually for churches, hospital gift shops or nursing  home. That said, I do a lot of 'get well', 'sympathy' and cards with encouragement.
I used the Prima water color pallets, pastel & oddessy.Nice!!

Of course the fall colors are my favorite. The card below was embossed on dark paper and I used pencils to color. It didn't show up on camera as well as I would have liked.
Last card and I finally used the matching 'Just lovely' die. Used the Pink Fresh braided oval die  also.

Thanks for looking!
Have a lovely day

Saturday....

Miss Lucy Lou will be 11 months old in 12 days. Yes, and just in case you need a laugh or two, you might want to take a look at this goofy girl. None of these pictures are 'great' pictures, just images of a psycho puppy. She decided this blue towel is hers.

Yeah, it was a clean towel, and it is hers when she gets wet. I think it doubles as a toy now.
Have a good day!

Sept. 5th

Kiddies are back to school now, maybe grandchildren,, but nonetheless, I made some "kiddie" themed cards . I think the internet featured a ton  of these Lawn Fawn stamp sets. I am not even sure how original these are, but I had fun making them!
This is the Lawn fawn set "Upon a star"

On the Lawn fawn double slider I used a combination of sets. The "beam me up" and the "out of this world".

                                                     Hoped you liked looking!
