January 29!

These are some cards I made this month using 'older' Anna Griffin embossing folders. The folders are made for Cuttlebug and Emily had to bring hers over. Well, we both got a bag at the Paper Bunny garage sale earlier this month. The folders are hinged at the top and won't go through the Big shot or the Grand Calibur.

White on white is soooo pretty. Most all of these are 'thank you' for the church

This is the prettiest pale aqua. Couldn't get it to photograph.

These are 5x7.  Okay, one more, the next pics show the inside.

First post in 2017!

More 'collage type' cards from a set of Botanical papers. I think they are Graphic-45. These really are 'collage', they just are missing the gesso and the molding paste and/or stenciling. The layered papers are distressed and sponged on some of the cards. Hope you enjoy.

Still December!

Catching up today! Here are some cards I made this holiday season. The first one is the Heartfelt Creations 'Celebrate the Season' collection. There are 4 stamps and die sets here. The sleigh, the fence, the wreath with the skates and mittens and the presents. I added the Tim Holtz dogs stamps & hat ascessories. So this is my $75.00 (plus) card. Cute. It was for Doug. He really has lots of dogs
Oh, forgot to incude the 'Printworks' sentiment stamp!

The rest of the cards were from papers, embellishments and either snowflake or star dies. Pretty easy! Liked doing this type of collage.

PSX

Does anyone remember PSX stamp company? Truly a company with beautiful images! One of the first companies that I ordered from in the 90's. And I did keep most of mine. I know, I know we (I) have way too much stuff.

I colored with my copic markers and just added glitter glue to the berries. The edges are sponged with distress inks.  Nearly forgot to mention that the Merry Christmas is an older Denami stamp.
Loved her old stamps too. Yes, Denami is still in business.

Early Christmas!

Take a look at this photo! These are ornaments on our trees. Each taken in low light with the Sony A6000. I am soooo impressed. This is not a macro lens. It is the standard lens 18-55mm. I was standing not more than 4" from the image! Two different trees, two different, but low light situations.

See the little eggs inside the ornament. These are tiny.

Next picture is Gracie. She was 7 December 1st. That was the shelters 'guess' in 2009. She was a puppy & white!

Yup, same dog. Getting on the couch is new....Does she look alittle guilty?
Thanks for Looking, I'll go back to regular size next post!

Thanksgiving is Past

We have so much to be grateful for today and every day! I am grateful that I get to go fix 'Turkey for a Gang' right after I show some cards. The first two cards, and the little frames used in the cards are from http://www.etsy.com/shop/iralamijashop. One sheet with the Joy, believe, houses, frames, tag & gingerbread guy. Oh, forgot the mittens!

The little deer cut outs are from Gecko girls.

Album

Heartfelt creations albums are addicting. I am on my fourth album! I know, they take up space, but they really do hold a good amount of pictures. The Journal that I used for so long is 5x 8, and usually I cut my pictures smaller to fit more in the journal. Then, the images are not so striking as they are in regular size.  In the Heartfelt creations albums you can use a 4x6 picture. Nice. This is my 2nd album. I need more embellishments on the cover, but I have filled it with pictures from March to October.

Zoeie is 15!
