Friday

Not sure where this is going to end up! But I found two more cards I made with the Festive Fayre critters!

Just did some masking and stamping. Oh oh Beary needs something in his hand!! A sign, a heart a bow??

These are oversized images, but they work for this format.   They are cute, but they don't look very exciting here! Auto contrast or levels works wonder. It doesn't look like they were edited.

The Nativity stamp is from Gina K. I used the Waffle flower collage (postal), and it is a different format than Gina K's die.   The stamp set fits in the Gina K die better.  Check out her pictures.

Have the postal stamps from Waffle Flower coming, so will add some Christmas postage to these before they go to their homes.
The next one is worth mentioning. I have no idea why I still have this set. It is at least 25 years old! It is the red rubber on the little wood mounts. Stampin' Up. Might have been the first Christmas card I ever made. But then it was done in watercolor. I love this set.
Love the wise men, the shepherd, the nativity and the star. It was hard to place, as I said it is red rubber. I took them off the mount and could barely see where they were going to land!!

That is it for today!!
Thanks for looking!

Friday Nov. 22nd

Hi! Welcome to todays card share. I will be using the Festive Fayre stamps and dies. They are so cute and so appropriate for winter. Actually, when I got them I thought 'why'? as I didn't think I would use them. Well, You can take a look.

Paper pad is so Pretty. I got two of them.

                                  Okay I got carried away!

I made a jig and cut out a bunch of the characters. That is so easy to have them done when you are ready to use them.

 Thanks for looking!

Thursday Nov. 14th

This morning, I am finishing up cards with Tonic Festive Fayre papers, and cute woodsy critters. I have 3 cards done. I absolutely love the paper. Promise I will feature it on the next blog post.

Today will be a pretty long post. The cards are from an HSN special featuring Diamond Press dies. Loved the sizes of the sunflowers, leaves & pumpkin. Love the versatility of the stencil around the edge. The arch die came with the set.

The next cards shows how easy it is to adapt.

This would make a nice 'holiday' birthday card too. Probably Spellbinders flower dies here. I know I made a A-6 card in the original 'thankful' theme too. Only 2 weeks to Thanksgiving!

                                         Thanks for looking!

Saturday November 9th

Just a few more to share. These are the Tim Holtz, from the vault. The words Peace, Noel and Wish. Just like the font. Again, these were super easy to make.

mica sprays and regular spray. Love the random looks. These two were sprayed with water and smooshed.

The words were layered. I even like the black glitter        'peace'. I think I might add some single layer word (tiny) sayings to compliment the bold. Sometimes you see things differently when you photograph. Maybe a simple 'merry christmas' under the bold word.

                                      Thanks for looking!

November 9th

It is Saturday & 9 days of November have passed already! Wow, Dawn and I are discussing Thanksgiving dinner. Actually, Stacy planned it a week ago! Diana can't come today, (normal Saturday), as she didn't arrange the transport in time. So, the mess stays on the table and the craftiness continues!

These are digi images from Polkadoodles. Did Christmas cards for kids and these are easy and sweet. If you haven't seen Polkadoodles, they do have stamps, dies & stamps, as well as the variety of digital.

Winnies Wonderland digi's.  Spellbinder circle die.
I was just too lazy to add any props or get the dies out to view. The digis are either colored or black & white. And these are all on one 8 1/2 x11 sheet of paper. Yes, there are the colored one.

                                      Thanks for looking!!
