Monday

Two posts today, both are on my tag obsession! More goodies here & maybe  more tomorrow! Just tell me this isn't the cutest set ever! Look at the little circles, hearts and the two border shapes.

I may have this on the blog already, but they do make cute cards!

This is another tag set! The one above is made with this set, the card below was made with the first set. This second tag is bigger than the first one. I have no idea where this one came from. Sorry. The tiny bear, bunny & giraffe are from Clearly Besotted. Again, they have been discontinued.

More fun & thanks again for looking!

Monday December 14th

So much to do, so little time!! 14 days till Christmas.  In the meantime I want to share with you one of my obsessions.... Actually, I didn't know it really was an obsession until I started pulling out the dies! It is a wide array of  'Tag and Banner dies'. Yes, all shapes and sizes. The first one is a Pinkfresh studio Banner/tag die. The Merry Christmas is 3 sizes of tags layered together. There is the Cranberry layer, the decorative paper (simple stories from 2019), another cranberry layer and the Uppercase Kelly Alphabet dies for the letters.

This is the die used as cards.

Then there are several additions that fit with this die. There is a filigree (border) for the smallest tag. I forgot to photo that one. The one shown on the cards above and below is the teardrop die. It is a teardrop shape with 4 'half'  dies that fit in the teardrop.

They are pretty used a tags on a gift.

                                          Hope you enjoy!

                                         Thanks for looking

Monday Dec 2020

Okay so that last post was somewhat incomplete, but the idea was the blessing of food (of course), and the blessings of being together! Its a week later, and I am still Thankful for our time together.

The cards I want to show today are from Pinkfresh Studio. This is only one set called 'You are my favorite'. The stamp is a beautiful floral bouquet, but the unique part is the favored way to color the image. You can color, or you can layer via stencils. Use blending brushes to apply the beautiful Pink fresh ink cubes. It is so easy I made 6 cards. I never cut the floral apart, which would be another idea. Just loved the layering with the 2 floral & 1 leaf stencil. Then cut out the bouquet with the matching die and layer again on a slim line card. Fits perfectly.

Think this is all six of the cards. Some have embossed or stenciled backgrounds. The tan one and this last card have a lattice background. Wish I knew who made this one. If I figure it out, I will let you know. At first, I thought it was too 'solid', but quickly it became a favorite! Thats it for today!

                                     Thanks for looking!

Monday Dec 2020

We had a fabulous thanksgiving with family! I would elaborate, but the covid police are prevalent I suppose. It will be a great memory as we had generations visiting.  Yes, we did eat!! Check it out. Ha

Tues November 24th

Two days to get it together! Thanksgiving for family. I always want to start early, but food needs to be freshly made to be yummy!! So without the mouth-watering thoughts (at 3:30am) we will get to another set of cards.

Another easy set made with designer paper. This is this years Echo Park 'silent night' collection. I was so happy to see this, as so far all I have seen is gnomes, bears, and so on, all cute, but they don't have a darn thing to do with what Christmas really means. Thanks to Echo Park for remembering the holiday.

Sorry, I think the first couple didn't get edited. But don't you just love the slim line card? Has to be a favorite.

Okay it is early and I uploaded the same ones twice! Time to go make that banana bread or just drink coffee!!

                                    Thanks for Looking!

Monday November 23rd....

I should be getting ready for company, but (oh no), I am still stamping! These cards were really done about a month ago.The card fronts are called 'toppers' and they were from Wild Rose stamps. Some are colored and I got to color some with my copics. I added the banners, backgrounds stickers and words. Pretty easy.

                                              Thanks for looking!
