Busy busy week! Last week Stacy (my granddaughter), and Ben her husband came to visit. We got to meet Ben, and Jeramiah, their son! What a privilege to spend time with them! We thoroughly enjoyed it, and can't wait for them to return! We visited the Las Vegas strip, went to Treasure Island, Cesars Palace & Fremont Street. I know we live here, but we never go there. Maybe someday we will realize some of the shows we missed. Al is still working, so time is a consideration.  I couldn't help myself, he is such a love!

Suprise myself with 3, yes 3, posts already this month! The verse is a digital from TLC creations. one of the oval dies is a spellbinder, and the other is from Mariannes. Otherwise these cards are pretty simple, just designer paper, ribbons and flowers. These are for a church ministry.

October Monday Morning!

Today is the 1st. monday in October. Such a beautiful morning and that is two in a row! Just nice.

 

Unity stamps. I used copic markers to color. The background die is Mariannes. I like it, as it is a bigger circle, maybe about 4.5 inches.

The stamp is Altnews  peony. I love the layered images, but still need lots of practice! In the meantime I can fussy cut them, and add them to a card!

Fall is here!

Lovely fall morning!

Sat Oct 1st This is Stacy arriving for her wedding. She is with her brother John, who is walking her down the aisle. They are my grandchildren. Wonderful young adults!

The wedding party and below are several of the wedding pictures. We couldn't be there, but the bride and groom will be here tomorrow. Yeah!

It is early here in Nevada, but the sun is already shining! It will probably be in the low 100's or high 90's, but now it is just lovely. I will enjoy it while I can!

 

The large sunburst die is from My Favorite things stamps company. The SHINE is part of a stamp from Paper Trey Ink and the Clouds below, are dies from Memory Box.

  

                                                                      

This sun ray (burst) is a stamp from Neat & Tangled.



The die looks good either way!

 

 Everything sort of went wherever it wanted to land this morning, but its all sunrays, sunbursts and happy! Hope that made sense. As for the post, I am not going to stress about the order !

So guess what? I got ahead of myself and forgot the Sunburst. They really are nice, but we will go with this end of Summer Bird & flower theme today! Hope you like them. The bird & flower stam is from Stampendous. The word is from Unity.

The stamp below is from Indigo Blue. I absolutely love it!

The sun is shining here. Although, in the South west the sun sets earlier than the northern states. So that is the theme for todays post!
